The finished vehicle is insulated and the battery compartment is completely physically separated from the passenger area. The battery compartment will not be fired and exploded during the fire (direct burning for 60s, indirect burning for 70s) to ensure passenger safety.

It realizes intelligent detection of vehicle insulation, intelligent fault protection, smoke alarm, battery fuse design, intelligent fire extinguishing system, and five-fold protection measures to ensure vehicle safety.

The electrically-operated system is highly integrated, enabling fault detection, insulation, high-voltage intelligent detection, less high voltage connection points, and protection level up to IP68. The vehicle does not ignite or explode in the case of wading (the product protection level is IP68, in the case of soaked for 24 hours at a water depth of 50cm at the power turn-off state; or operates for 30min in a water depth of 30cm under normal conditions), and operates normally when water accumulates on the road;

The vehicle is driven at a speed of 5-10km/h in a pool with a water depth of 30cm. This the vehicle wading experiment. Within 10min after the test is completed, the measurement should be carried out according to the insulation resistance measurement method in GB/T18348.3-2015. The total insulation resistance value should be greater than 1MΩ.

Battery safety

The battery has undergone rigorous factory testing to ensure durability, and can provide a 5-year warranty and an 8-year extended warranty.

After strict high temperature, short circuit, extrusion, soaking, overcharging, puncture and other destructive experiments, there should be no fire and smoke accident.

The battery box BMS circuit board is upgraded. The failure rate is reduced, and the reliability and safety of the battery system are improved; the battery can operate normally under various complicated environments such as wading, mud impact, extreme low and high temperature.

The driver is prompted by sound and image to better reduce the risk of accidents due to lane departure.

The vehicle radar system monitors the vehicle in front in real time, determines the distance, azimuth and relative speed between the vehicle and the preceding vehicle, and alerts the driver when a potential collision is found.
